We have 1 large double bedroom available in PORTSMOUTH for a couple (£500 ALL bills included), professionals or mature students from mid June. No benefit seekers. The room is red and toffee coloured, with 2 double wardrobes, double bed, bedside, a merchant's chest and shelves. It is located in a quiet area, modern house, with Virgin digital (in the bedroom as well), wireless internet, jacuzzi bath with shower, Italian kitchen with 3 fridges, with a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer, house cleaner who comes in 3 times a week, 4 cats (allowed only in the kitchen area) and a garden with barbecue facilities in the summer. LOFT space AVAILABLE. Use of the phone allowed (within reason, also for FREE international calls). There is an open plan lounge, to entertain friends and have dinners and to PLAY music at reasonable times (PA/amps/guitars etc). The house is 2/3 minutes from Somerfield, Boots, Indian and Chinese restaurants, 3 pubs, Blockbusters and various shops. We are looking for easy going, relaxed people, OPEN MINDED and considerate, who love music, good films (over 250 titles available) and food.... guests are welcome to stay overnight on a monthly basis (spare folded bed available). You would be living with a professional couple (33/35 years old), who are into music, languages, cinema, theatre, FOOD and travelling. English lessons available for foreign students\professionals.
